  • 1 ltr natural yoghurt
  • 2 bananas
  • 50 ml orange juice concentrate
  • 20 g Siúcra/McKinney's Icing Sugar
  • Ice

Peel the bananas. Put the bananas, juice concentrate, Siúcra/McKinney's Icing Sugar, ice and half the yoghurt in a blender and liquidise until smooth. Add the remaining yoghurt. Dilute with cold water if the lassi is too thick.

Pour into big glasses and serve immediately.
