Hot & Sweet Chilli

  • 2 red peppers
  • 10 cloves garlic
  • 230 g Siucra/McKinney's Granulated sugar
  • 50 ml white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper

Wash the peppers thoroughly and remove the cores. Chop them very finely or blend. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them finely.

Pour pepper, garlic, granulated sugar, vinegar and pepper into a saucepan and boil the mixture.

Pour the chilli into a scalded bottle and tie down.
