Ingredients
1 ltr natural yoghurt
250 g raspberries
60 g Siúcra/McKinney's Icing Sugar
Instructions
Put half the yoghurt, the raspberries and the Siúcra/McKinney's Icing Sugar in a blender and liquidise until smooth. Mix in the remaining yoghurt and pour into large glasses.
