Ingredients

1-2 tablespoons left over jam in a jar
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Salt & pepper for seasoning

Instructions

Add two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar and season with some s&p to the leftover jam in the jar.
Put the lid on the jar and shake to mix the ingredients.
Store for up to one week in the fridge.
