Ingredients
700ml dry White Wine
120g Siúcra Caster Sugar
2 pieces of dried Ginger
2 pieces dried Seville Orange Peel
1 stick Cinnamon
100ml Gin (can be omitted or substituted)
Instructions
Mix the wine, sugar, ginger, bitter orange peel, and cinnamon and leave to simmer for 5 minutes. Add the gin. Serve.
