120-180 g Siúcra Icing Sugar
Instructions
Combine the ingredients in a bowl and whisk with an electric beater until smooth.
Use the frosting to decorate muffins and sponge-type cakes, as a cake filling or sandwiched between thin, crisp biscuits.
