Juice of 4 limes (about 100 ml)
Juice of 4 lemons (about 250 ml)
Grated zest of 1 orange
100 g Siúcra/McKinney's Granulated Sugar
1000 ml mineral water
Combine the citrus juices and Siúcra/McKinney's Granulated Sugar in a jug and stir until the sugar dissolves. Add the orange peel, ice cubes and mineral water. Serve.
