Orange Au Lait
Ingredients
90 g Siúcra/McKinney's Icing Sugar
2 juicy oranges
1 ltr low-fat milk
300 ml strong coffee (preferably espresso)
Instructions
Mix the Siúcra/McKinney's Icing Sugar and the juice from the oranges in a saucepan. Add the milk and heat up. Do not allow to boil. Make the coffee. Pour into cups in the ratio two parts orange milk to one part coffee. Garnish if desired with grated orange peel.
