Ingredients

3 limes
250 ml green tea
500 ml water
Fresh mint
50 ml Siúcra/McKinney's Granulated Sugar
500 ml mineral water
Ice cubes

 

Instructions

Squeeze the juice out of the limes. Chop the mint leaves finely. Mix lime juice, Siúcra/McKinney's Granulated Sugar and mint in a bowl and stir until the sugar dissolves. Bring the water to the boil. Add tea leaves and leave for 5 minutes. Allow to cool. Mix the tea and the juice mixture. Sieve. Pour into glasses on ice.
