Ingredients

1 lemon
2 limes
2 nectarines
100g fresh raspberries
50g fresh blackberries
100g strawberries
100ml strawberry syrup
2 litres fruit-flavored carbonated drink
Ice

Strawberry syrup
500g strawberries
70g Rich brown sugar
90g Siúcra Granulated Sugar

Instructions

Strawberry syrup:
Bring the strawberries and sugar to the boil, leave to boil for 5-10 min. Strain through a fine-meshed sieve. Pour into sterilized bottles. Store in a cool place.

For the punch:
Slice the lemon, limes and nectarines. Place the ice in a bowl and cover with the fruit and berries. Pour over the fruit soda and strawberry syrup.
