Ingredients

4 pears or apples
240 g Siúcra/McKinney's Icing Sugar
1 egg white
2 ml vinegar

Instructions

Using an electric whisk, beat all the ingredients into a smooth mixture. Put the icing into a piping bag and cut off the tip. Cover the fruit with the icing. Place on a wire rack until set.
