Ingredients

100ml Cold water
200g Siucra Caster sugar
1 clean jam jar

 

Instructions

Put the caster sugar and water in a pot and bring to the boil slowly while stirring constantly.
Once it boils remove from the heat and allow to cool.
Store in a clean jar in the fridge until ready to use.

Uses of having sugar syrup in fridge: lemonade/sorbets/granitas/fruit salads
