Ingredients
1 bottle dry Red Wine
1 piece fresh Ginger (about 5 cm)
2 sticks Cinnamon
10 Whole Cloves
peel and juice of 1 Orange
90g Siúcra Granulated Sugar
Instructions
Pour the wine into a saucepan and add the ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and orange.
Heat carefully on a low heat and leave to stand for at least 20 minutes.
Add the sugar. Heat carefully until the sugar has dissolved.
Serve warm.
