Refreshing Summer Drink
Ingredients
3 tbsp Siúcra/McKinney's Granulated Sugar
Juice of 2 lemons
Ice cubes, crushed
100 ml concentrated elderflower cordial
1 ltr mineral water
Instructions
Combine the citrus juices and Siúcra/McKinney's Granulated Sugar in a jug and stir until the sugar dissolves. Add the crushed ice and top up with the mineral water. Serve immediately. Also good served warm, or as an alcohol-free “dessert wine".
